What You Will Find in Tyler
Historic and established homes
Brick and wood homes from the 1920s through the 1960s sit on tree-lined streets in the Azalea District and Charnwood, close to downtown and the Rose Garden. Expect character, mature landscaping and the occasional update project.
South Tyler and the Loop 49 corridor
Most of Tyler's newer homes are in South Tyler, where master-planned neighborhoods, country club communities and builder subdivisions sit close to shopping and the medical district. Some south side addresses are zoned to Whitehouse ISD, which matters to many families.
Price varies by pocket
Tyler is not one market. Two homes of the same size can be priced very differently depending on the street and school zoning, so Linda pulls recent sales for the exact area before anyone writes an offer.
