Two Decades in Real Estate.
Rooted in East Texas.
Linda LeMay-Williams has been in real estate since 2003, with experience spanning North Houston and all throughout East Texas. She has called East Texas home since 2007. Over those years she earned her broker license — a higher level of training, testing, and accountability than a standard agent license — added a master's degree to her credentials, and built the kind of deep builder relationships and local knowledge that take decades to develop.
Today she serves buyers and sellers across Tyler, Longview, Lindale, Bullard, Jacksonville, and the surrounding communities. Her work spans new construction, existing homes, acreage, farm and ranch properties, and small commercial real estate.
"Every client becomes family. That's not a slogan — it's how I was raised, and it's how I do business."
Linda's approach is grounded in three values she returns to every day: Faith in doing the right thing when no one's watching. Family in the care she extends to every client. And Home as something far bigger than a transaction — it's where lives are built.

a Broker and an Agent?
Short answer: all brokers are agents, but not all agents are brokers. A broker has completed additional education, passed a harder licensing exam, and carries legal and ethical responsibilities that a regular agent doesn't.
Higher License. More Training.
- Holds a Texas Broker license — the highest real estate credential issued by the state
- Required 270+ hours of qualifying education, vs. 180 hours for an agent
- Must have at least 4 years of active experience as a licensed agent before being eligible
- Passes a separate, more rigorous broker licensing exam
- Legally authorized to own and operate a real estate brokerage
- Can supervise other agents and is held to a higher standard of legal and ethical accountability
- Required to complete ongoing continuing education to maintain the license
Entry-Level License.
- Holds a Texas Sales Agent license
- Required 180 hours of qualifying education
- No minimum prior experience required
- Must work under the sponsorship of a licensed broker at all times
- Cannot independently own or run a brokerage
- Not legally permitted to supervise other licensees
- Subject to broker oversight for transactions and compliance
What this means for you
When you work with Linda, you're working with someone who has met the state of Texas's highest real estate standard. That translates to deeper knowledge of contracts, disclosures, and negotiations — and a direct line to the decision-maker, not an agent who has to run your questions up the chain.
Faith · Family · Home
These aren't just words on a tagline. They're the standard Linda holds herself to on every call, every showing, every negotiation. Clients aren't prospects — they become family. Homes aren't transactions — they're where lives happen. And doing right by both, every time, is the foundation.
